I wanted to pass on my compliments to you and especially Lacey for the great job handling my brother Mark's arrangements. Lacey was a great host for the planning meeting and she made things very easy, never wanting for an answer to any of our questions. The funeral was a bit involved and again she did a great job handling all the last minute requests. Your professional services were greatly appreciated by the entire family! Thanks - Dan Eyrich

To Jim Bosma and Staff Members, Words cannot express our deep appreciation to you for the wonderful service you gave in helping us arrange the funeral of our friend. Your wisdom and expertise in guiding me during a difficult situation made it go so well and I am most grateful for all the time and effort you gave to us and to her family as well. You always have a "special place" in my heart when I remember her funeral service.

Dear Jim and Staff: Thank you Jim, Steve and Cindy for all the ways you have helped me through the past year. The books that offer encouragement lifted my spirit, to Steve for explaining the Iowa Donor Network to me, and Cindy for her help in the office. The glass angel is such a beautiful remembrance, a real treasure! Thank you all very much.

Dear Jim & Staff, Words cannot express the appreciation I have for the services you provided for our Mother's funeral and all the related functions both before and after the service. Funerals are by nature not an easy duty to be involved in, but for one lone person to respectfully plan, inform, and carry out a service via long distance seemed overwhelming. To an onlooker (all the close relatives & immediate family were from out-of-state) everything looked seamless. Only Jim knew all the pieces from A-Z -how to do things -when to do things -why we do things. I did not have to leave a very ill husband and travel to Illinois to pick & plan. I did not have to know everything and find everything; any nuance was noted and explained. I spent Dec. 16- Dec. 25 at the hospital many hours of the day & night with my mother-in-law. I prayed with her and I sang 2 hymns for her : Turn Your Eyes upon Jesus & Upon the Cross of Jesus Jim saw that the hymns were incorporated in the services. The staff was always caring, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I felt so blessed. Thanks to the Bosma-Gibson Staff.

Dear Jim & LuAnne, You have been so very kind to us and we thank you for all the little extra things you did to ease the grief and lighten the load. We will never forget you. Also, the plane on the vault cover was so very special. I loved my Dad and there will always be an empty chair in my life.

Dear Jim, I would like to thank you personally for your very excellent handling of my Dad's funeral. Your thoughtfulness and caring was heartfelt. Business wise you took care of and put on a very nice funeral for a man that had no money. I am impressed. It seemed as though his little funeral meant just as much to you as a $20,000 funeral. And you even broke out that awesome Cubs Tie. Thanks again.

Dear Mr. Bosma, Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to you and your staff for making my Mother's funeral a very beautiful experience. Mother would have been in awe of everything because she lived a very simple life. The arrangements that you helped my family make, turned out beautiful. It was not an easy task that you had trying to keep us all in check…we are a very large family. Thank you for all the little things and we're comforted to know that Mom is once again with Dad. They've waited so very long to be reunited. We will miss her but know she's in good hands.
