Obituary for Anna B. Schaver
ANN SCHAVER, 91, of Morrison, IL, died Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Four Seasons Living Center in Morrison, IL. Ann was born February 12, 1920, in Fenton, IL, to Martin and Winnie (Tervelt) Tegeler. She was educated in the Bunker Hill School in rural Whiteside County, IL. She married Clarence Schaver on January 31, 1941 in Morrison. He died October 5, 1988. Ann farmed with her late husband in the Fenton, IL area. She was a member of the Morrison Christian Reformed Church in Morrison, where she participated in the Ladies Aid Society. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include four daughters, Carol Schaver of Whitinsville, MA, Bernita Schaver of Warrenville, IL, Ramona (Stan) Roozeboom of Pella, IA and Connie (Jim) Bolt of Byron Center, MI; two sons, Ronald Schaver of Caledonia, MI, and David (Mary) Schaver of Fenton, IL; eight grandchildren, Matt Roozeboom, Michelle Roozeboom, Mike (Kami) Roozeboom; Scott (Adrianne) Bolt, Jason (Erin) Bolt, Kurt Bolt, Kim (Jeremy) Bolker, Kelly (Shane) Sikkema; three great grandchildren, Brynn and Laurel Roozeboom, Cameron Bolt; two sisters, Bernice Tegeler of Winnebago, NE and Mrs. Pauline Wherry of Sterling, IL; two brothers, Raymond (Mary) Tegeler of Fenton, IL and Lawrence (Edna Mae) Tegeler of Fulton, IL; a special niece, Joanne Peterson of Morrison, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; two sisters, Cornelia "Kate" Ottens and Theresa VenHuizen; eight brothers, Kenneth, Henry, Maynard, John, Ben, Clarence, Louis and Marvin Tegeler.
