Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Charles was born April 29, 1941, in Creal Springs, IL, to Charles Franklin and Katie (Conley) Hutchison. He was a graduate of Dongola High School in Dongola, IL. He served in the United States Navy. On November 8, 1963 he married Dorothy Elaine Bracken in Anna, IL. Charles was engaged in farming and was also employed as a truck driver. He enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia (Harvey) Oudekerk of Yuma, AZ; two sons, Bill Hutchison of Lanark, IL and Roger Hutchison of Fulton, IL; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; one half sister, Linda (Tim) Aldridge of Mattoon, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, William Carl Hutchison.
