Obituary for Debra S. Holland
DEBRA S. HOLLAND, 65, of Fulton, IL, died Thursday, March 24, 2022 at MercyOne in Clinton, IA.
There will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 12:30 - 3:30 pm at the Cordova Civic Center in Cordova, IL. A memorial has been established.
Debbie was born September 29, 1956 in Rockford, IL to Paul and Nadine (Stubblefield) McDowell. She graduated from United Township High School, East Moline, IL, in 1974. On December 20, 1975 she married Scott Holland in Green Rock, IL. Debbie was the kitchen manager at the East Moline School District 37 for 29 years. She enjoyed attending craft shows and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Scott; her mother, Nadine McDowell of East Moline, IL; a daughter-in-law, Jeanette Holland of LeClaire, IA; three grandchildren, Justin, Graham and Emersyn Holland; one sister, Glenda (Richard) Childers of Machesney Park, IL.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul McDowell; one son, Derek Holland; one grandson, Cameron, in infancy.
