Obituary for Doris F. Rus
DORIS F. RUS, 76, of Fulton, IL; formerly of Albany, IL, died Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at the Alverno Health Care Facility in Clinton, IA.
Funeral services are at 11:00 AM Monday, April 9, 2018 at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Edie Lenz, Pastor of First Reformed Church in Fulton. Visitation will be held from 9:30 am until the time of the service on Monday, April 9, 2018. Interment will be in the Fulton Township Cemetery. Memorials to First Reformed Church and Genesis Hospice have been established.
Doris was born December 15, 1941 in Clinton, IA to Clarence J and Adeline (Dornbush) Rus. She was educated in the Albany Grade School and was a 1959 graduate of Fulton High School. She was a graduate of the Clinton Academy of Beauty in Clinton. Doris worked out of her home as a beautician. She was a former member of Trinity Reformed Church in Fulton, where she taught Sunday school for over 40 years. She is a current member of First Reformed Church in Fulton.
Survivors include her sister, Delores Rus of Fulton, IL and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents.
