Obituary for Jane K. Heath
JANE K. HEATH, 72, of Morrison, IL, died Sunday, December 4, 2022, at her home.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home with Mr. Ken Renkes officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, December 8, 2022, at the Morrison Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. Interment will be held at West Genesee Cemetery in Coleta, IL. Memorials have been established to Morrison Fire Department and Morrison Community Hospital Ambulance Service.
Jane was born April 16, 1950, in Morrison, IL, to Harold and Ruth (Stuart) Walters. She attended Franklin and Clystic Rural Whiteside County grade schools and was a graduate of Morrison High School. She worked at General Electric for more than twenty years until retiring. After retiring, she worked as a home health care worker. She was a member of the Morrison Historical Society Sesquicentennial Committee. Jane was a collector of all things, especially angels. She was still painting her angels up until her last days.
Survivors include one daughter, Angie (Shane) Ferguson of Morrison, IL; one son, Tim (Brenda) Pritchard of Morrison, IL; nine grandchildren, Stephanie (Jim Courtney) Walters, Tiffany (Adam) Naeve, Mirissa (John) Sauer, Hunter Ferguson, Allison Ferguson, Jessica (Kyle Krepfle) Null, Samantha Snyder, Allison Griebel and Morgan Griebel; ten great grandchildren; two sisters, Dawn (Robert) Bauer of Fulton, IL and Rhonda Walters of Lone Tree, IA; two brothers, Paul Walters of Morrison, IL and Harlan (Linda Johnston) Walters of Bowie, TX; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Philip Walters.
