Obituary for Kimberly A. Curtis
KIMBERLY A. CURTIS, 62, of Fulton, IL, died Friday, March 29, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics in Iowa City, IA.
Her graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, April 5, 2024, at Fulton Township Cemetery with Chaplain Elizabeth Heard, chaplain at The Alverno, in Clinton, IA, officiating. A visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home. A memorial has been established.
Kimberly was born November 2, 1961, in Clinton, IA, to Donald and Beverly (Bos) Van Kampen. She was educated in the Fulton grade schools and was a graduate of Fulton High School. Kimberly worked at Drives in Fulton for many years as a press operator. She enjoyed expressing her creativity through diamond art painting and scrapbooking. She also cherished moments spent watching Nascar with her family and with the “apple of her eye”, her granddaughter, Kaylie.
Survivors include one son, Kyle (Kayce) Curtis of Fulton, IL; one granddaughter, Kaylie Curtis; her mother, Beverly Van Kampen of Clinton, IA; one sister, Kathy (Robert) Harris of Milan, IL; one brother, Daniel (Beth) Van Kampen of Fulton, IL; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Donald; one daughter, Jacque Lynn Curtis.
