Obituary for Annamae "Annie" Moore
ANNAMAE “ANNIE” MOORE, 82, of Clinton, IA, formerly of East Moline, IL, died Wednesday, June 27, 2018, at her son’s home in Clinton, IA.

Cremation rites have been accorded. At her request, there will be no visitation or memorial service. A private graveside committal service will be held at a later date at Fulton Township Cemetery in Fulton, IL. The Fulton Chapel of the Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Annie was born January 26, 1936, in Lyons, IA, to George H. and Anna I. (Conley) Kane. She was educated in the Lyons grade schools and was a 1954 graduate of Lyons High School. Annie married Lloyd E. “Cork” Sharer on May 17, 1957, in Fulton, IL. He died October 14, 1982. She later married Larry J. Moore on October 6, 1984, in Las Vegas, NV. He died April 19, 2018. Annie was employed by General Electric in Morrison, IL, for 25 years, retiring in 1996. She was a member of the East End Boulder Club and Friends Circle both in Moline, IL. Annie enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.

Survivors include one son, Steve (Dana) Sharer of Clinton, IA; one stepdaughter, Denise (Don) McCray of Olin, IA; one stepson, Danny (Maribeth) Moore of Anamosa, IA; three grandchildren, Bob (Polly) Sharer, Dave (Karen) Sharer, and Laura Sharer; three step grandchildren, Kiel McCray, Kevin Moore, and Christina Moore; one great grandson, Gabriel Sharer; three sisters, Donna (Don) Winter and Grace (Allen) Luckritz both of Clinton, IA; Sherry (Mike) Williams of Peoria, AZ; two brothers, George “Bob” (Georgia) Kane of Clinton, IA; David (Colleen) Kane of Iowa City, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; one son, Terry Sharer; seven sisters, Dorothy Nellist, Erma Geltz, Nancy Foster, Darlene Lohse, Kathy Point, and two in infancy; seven brothers, Donald, John “Jack”, Ervin, James, Eugene, Chuck Kane and Billy Kane in infancy.
